Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management tool, which will give you full command over your e-mailbox accounts and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can set up a new email box account in no time and manage its settings easily. Furthermore, you can redirect electronic mails from one electronic mail account to another, set up e-mail filters, set up auto-response messages and guard your email mailboxes against junk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your e-mail box accounts against junk electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome electronic mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtering your incoming electronic mails according to certain rules set by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and change the email filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming messages from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Just specify the e-mail box you want to forward email messages from, then choose the destination e-mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the email client of your choice to access your e-mail accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you want to set up on your personal computer or smartphone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple electronic mail accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will do everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all email box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
